Camila Denison, CEO:Camilla Denison, Chief Executive Officer: Camilla is the former President of Champion Laboratories and has over 26 years of working with automotive companies. Champion Laboratories is a leading manufacturer of automotive and heavy duty filters. Prior to Champion, Camilla was CEO of Alemite, an automotive and industrial equipment manufacturer for lubrication. Other experiences include working with Textron, Visteon, and ITT Automotive. Camilla is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management and GMI Engineering & Management School.

Miles Flamenbaum, Esq., Founder and President:
Mr. Flamenbaum is a business and corporate development professional with extensive experience in technology development and commercialization. He has focused his career as a senior manager in public, private and venture-backed companies to license, acquire and commercialize technology assets. Most recently, Miles was Director of Business Development and Administration at Medical Instill Technologies. He was also Director of Corporate and Business Development at Oxford Glycosciences Plc (OGS), a UK based company listed on both the London and NASDAQ exchanges. At OGS, Miles was Secretary of the Executive Committee, leading merger, acquisition and integration activities. Miles has successfully created and implemented business development and growth strategies. He developed relationships with customers and strategic partners, executing transactions resulting in the creation of over $165 million of value. Miles has managed cross-functional teams involved in product development and commercialization. He is also a member of the CEOConnex, a program sponsored by the Center for Economic Growth, a regional business accelerator based in Albany, NY. Mr. Flamenbaum is also an inventor on four US patents. He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College (BA), Boston University (MA, International Relations), and Brooklyn Law School (JD) and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Steven Kirchner, Chief Operating Officer: Steve is the former Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Valvoline Oil Company and has over 23 years of marketing, sales and operational experience in the automotive industry. He developed and led dynamic new marketing and sales changes within the industry. Steve was responsible for developing and managing Valvoline's distribution network, creating new strategies that changed the business model for the large independent distributors in the industry. He led the national sales team at Valvoline, consisting of over 110 sales representatives, and changed the structure of the team resulting in improved efficiencies and a significant boost to profitability. He has led teams that successfully launched new products and brands across a variety of channels and market segments. Steve's marketing initiatives included creating a new brand segment in the automotive aftermarket based on line extensions that resulted in other lubricant and filter companies copying the strategy. Steve also was awarded a Cannes Film Festival Award and a Clio Award for an Environmental Marketing Campaign in 1990. Over the past 6 years he has leveraged his industry experience to provide consulting services and has been involved in start-up companies that provided technology solutions for retail management and for the consumer products sector. Steve is a graduate of Indiana University and was a member of their NCAA Division I soccer team when it took second place in the national championship.

Norbert Assion, Founder and Chief Technology Officer: Mr. Assion is an accomplished mechanical engineer and consumer products developer with over 30 years of experience in bringing concepts from the drawing board into full commercial production. He is an expert in production processes, mold design, tool-making, and injection molding. Norbert has successfully started and developed businesses in Germany and Switzerland, which manufactured state-of-the-art electric, electronic, and mechanical consumer products. His major customers included AEG, Telefunken, ITT, Bosch, Phillips, Grundig, Remington, Sunbeam, and large distributors in Europe, Middle East and South America. After selling these businesses, he relocated to South America where he conceptualized the hybrid spin-on filter. Norbert moved to the US to further the development of the filter. He is currently the Senior Research, Design, and Development engineer at Medical Instill Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of advanced medical and nutritional dispensing devices and filling systems and provides part-time services to the Company. Mr. Assion is an inventor on 22 US patents.
