Consumer Return Policy

SOMS Technologies is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with microGreen Extended Performance Filters.

SOMS Technologies stands behind the quality and benefits of microGreen filters. We offer customers the ability to return any unused filters, for any reason. Customers will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price of the filter(s).

For customer returns due to shipping damage: If a microGreen filter is damaged during shipping, customers will receive a 100% refund of the price paid for the filter. SOMS will also be responsible for all return shipping charges and will provide the customer with a postage-paid shipping label.

Return Criteria

  • Only unused filters can be returned. Filters must be returned with original cardboard package and not have been installed on the vehicle for any purpose.
  • Products must be purchased directly from the microGreen website (www.microgreenfilter.com). Products purchased from other retail locations will have a return policy set by that specific retail location.
  • Filters must be returned within 90 days of the sale date indicated on the purchase receipt.
  • Unless a return is being made due to damage during shipping, customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the filter(s).
  • Returns are accepted ONLY if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is issued by SOMS and is marked clearly on the outside of the shipping box. See instructions below on how to obtain an RMA number.

Return Instructions

  1. Obtain an RMA number by contacting us at customercare@somstech.com or 1-877-757-7667 ext. 705. Please provide the following information:
    • Purchase date
    • Sales invoice number located on the purchase receipt
    • Customer name and address
    • Reason for RMA request
    • Contact email and/or phone number
    • If returning due to shipping damage, please provide receipt for shipping costs to return the product
  2. Clearly mark the outside of the shipping box with the RMA number. In the box, please include a copy of the purchase receipt, a note explaining why the filter was returned and the original cardboard packaging.
  3. SOMS Technologies will apply the refund amount back to the original credit card used to purchase the filter(s) within seven business days once the returned product and customer information defined below has been received. SOMS Technologies will contact the customer via the phone number or email address provided if questions arise.
